- Week #2 – Dining Out 101: This is the kicker. We all like to have fun and socialize. You’ll learn exactly what to order on the menu and even what DRINKS you can have! We’ll discuss how to keep with your healthy lifestyle no matter where or what situation you are in, such as the best options to choose at restaurants, happy hours, social gatherings & airports.
- Week #3 – Exercise 101: Nobody likes to exercise (including me) Learn to find an exercise that you love and will actually stick to.Learn why moderate exercise are the keys to unlocking your best self. You don’t have to be a gym-rat to look fabulous, just follow a few easy guidelines to keep your body in check and healthy.
